Jeff Goldman founded Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Lawrence & Topeka in 1994. Today his PDR Midwest Team has grown to encompass the greater Kansas City area, and Northern Oklahoma City as well. Jeff brings over 17 years of restoration and catastrophic loss experience to each job, and has built a truly unique and state-of-the-art operation.
Jeff has a BGS degree in Organizational Communications from University of Kansas, with a minor concentration in Chemistry. He brings his admirable leadership qualities to the operations of all our PDR Midwest locations.

Originally from Oklahoma, Jeff attended and graduated from Edmond Memorial high School in 1988. Jeff has lived in Lawrence now for over 20 years. He loves going to the lake, and spending time with his wife and kids.

manages all aspects of the restoration process, works with clients to assess damage and creates the restoration plan, generates estimates, performs quality inspections, coordinates restoration team and contractors
Robb started working in construction during the summer as a teenager. Robb has over 20 years of experience in customer service and construction materials management. His diverse experience in the construction industry allows Robb to understand what it takes to run a project efficiently to produce the highest quality results. Robb enjoys working in restoration because it gives him the opportunity to help clients in a unique way.

Robb spends his free time with his wife and kids, and enjoys smoking and barbecuing for friends and family, he also enjoys all sporting and racing events.

Erin has been with Paul Davis Restoration for 11 years. She has an M. A. from the University of Kansas, and also brings several years of teaching experience to the PDR Midwest team.
What Erin enjoys most about her work is simply talking with people, and having the opportunity to reach out to help others when they are in need of assistance. She believes that Paul Davis Restoration is the best restoration company in the business, and is proud to work for PDR Midwest.
In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her daughter and her cats.
assists project managers and mitigation technicians with requests; performs general office duties.
Tori began working for Paul Davis Restoration in 2014 and brings six years of administrative experience to our team. Tori’s time management and organizational skills help keep our KC Metro office running smoothly. Tori has a B.S. in Social Psychology, which she feels helps her to understand the emotional stress that our clients deal with after suffering a loss. She enjoys working at PDR because our company works to restore normalcy to our clients’ lives.
In her free time, Tori enjoys exercising, painting, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.
answers and routes the incoming calls for our four PDR Midwest locations, receives loss reports, supports our project managers, assists with administrative tasks in multiple departments
Heidi brings her skills of being highly organized, her attention to detail, her outgoing nature, and her background of 23 years of administration experience to our PDR Midwest team.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys visiting her parents, spending time with her three children, and going to the gym.

assists property owners who are dealing with losses
Robert has been involved in mitigation for five years, and has over 20 years of experience in remodeling and construction. In addition to mitigation, he is skilled in all sides of construction, which gives him insight into how water can get into many areas of a structure which may otherwise go unnoticed.
Robert enjoys his work because he gets to make a real difference people’s lives by offering them respect and trustworthiness during a vulnerable time. He also loves working with the rest of our team, and employing the latest state-of-the-art technology and training.
Robert has seven children, six grandchildren, and “a wonderful wife who understands the long hours we work, and why we do what we do.” He spends his free time with them, cooking big meals and just hanging out.
